Human Concern International The Modest Edit: Ottawa's First Muslimah Thrift Pop-Up

Are you tired of modest clothing you no longer wear? Have a dress you wore once to a friend's wedding and can’t wear again? This event is for you!

We’re hosting a pop-up thrift sale for Muslims in Ottawa looking to sell their gently used clothing. It’s a great chance to declutter, find new hidden gems, and support a good cause—all at the same time!

How will it work? You get 70% and we donate 30% to women in need.

Once you’ve filled out the form online here, keep an eye on your inbox! You’ll get an email by November 5 with your seller ID number.

We’ll have a fun, in-person meeting to check out your clothing and put on the price tags before the sale. Don’t worry about the prep—we’ll handle the steaming and make sure everything looks great! Plus, we’ll take care of all the advertising to spread the word.

After the event, you can pick up any unsold items and grab an invoice showing how much you made. We’ll make sure you get paid within, with 30% of your earnings going to support an important charitable cause.
