Muslim Resource Centre for Social Support and Integration (MRCSSI) Program & Services Manager
Muslim Resource Centre for Social Support and Integration (MRCSSI) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Program & Services Manager to lead our dedicated team of professionals. The successful candidate will be a compassionate and collaborative leader, with a strong background in social and counseling services, and project management, including budget management. This role is critical in ensuring that our services meet the highest professional standards and respond effectively to the needs of our clients and community.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program & Service Development
- Supervise and manage the Client Services Team, including clinical staff, ensuring cohesive and effective teamwork.
- Oversee staff development, including facilitating training and implementing a knowledge-sharing system to enhance service delivery.
- Provide clinical supervision across all client programs and services, as required
- Lead the planning and implementation of programs that address the current and emerging needs of clients, families, and the community.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop culturally integrative programs aligned with the agency’s mission.
- Ensure the integration of MRCSSI’s Culturally Integrative Model into all service delivery.
- Manage client-focused projects funded by grants, including planning, monitoring deliverables, and reporting to funders.
- Oversee the recruitment, supervision, and evaluation of project staff and volunteers.
2. Team and Data Management & Reporting
- Oversee data accuracy and completeness in client records.
- Analyze service trends, reporting insights to leadership.
- Support strategy development for emerging challenges.
- Actively participate in bi-weekly Management Team meetings, contributing to agency-wide decision-making and strategic planning.
- Lead grant applications and funding proposals related to client services, ensuring alignment with the agency’s goals and priorities.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field, or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates expertise in social services and management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field, with a focus on managing interdisciplinary teams and delivering culturally responsive services.
- Extensive experience in project management, including budget management, monitoring deliverables, and reporting to funders.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Strong background in social and or mental health services, case management, and working with vulnerable populations, including those affected by family violence and trauma.
- Knowledge of family violence, gender-based violence, safety planning, and collaborative service interventions.
- Understanding of the challenges faced by collectivist groups, particularly within the Muslim community.
- Proficiency in project and program management, including the ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to foster teamwork and build positive relationships.
- Culturally sensitive with strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with people from diverse backgrounds.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
