To qualify for free employment counselling and access to the full range of services offered by our Employment Services program, participants must meet the following criteria:
- Residency: Must be residing in Ontario, with a preference for those in the Scarborough area.
- Legal Status: Open to Canadian citizens, permanent residents, convention refugees, and refugee claimants.
- SIN Number: Participants must hold a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN).
- Employment Status: Must be currently unemployed or underemployed.
- Commitment: Should be actively pursuing employment opportunities or career advancement and be open to participating in employment counselling, coaching, or training programs.
