September is Suicide Prevention and Awareness Month in Canada.

Muslim Link is hosting a session where participants will learn about how to support those experiencing suicidal thoughts (suicidal ideation) from the insights of those with lived experience and a Muslim mental health professional.

- Barriers faced by Muslims in accessing supports
- How to support Muslims after a suicide attempt
- How to access free Suicide Prevention resources specifically tailored to the needs of Muslims
This session is open to Muslim community members as well as those supporting members of Muslim communities struggling with mental health issues.
