Beacon of Hope for Afghan Children Society

The Beacon of Hope for Afghan Children Society is a non-profit, non-political, charitable organization, created and operated by supporters of Afghan children in British Columbia. The society has been in operation since 2006 in the city of Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. The Society was formally registered with the Ministry of Finance of BC as Beacon of Hope for Afghan Children Society in 2007, and is required to abide by the Society Act of British Columbia. Beacon of Hope for Afghan Children Society has been granted charitable status by the Charities Directorate of Canada Revenue Agency in 2009. Our goal is to improve the future of children in Afghanistan by providing them with meaningful opportunities to realize their potential as future leaders.
