Suffah Academy

Suffah Academy of Learning is an Islamic elementary school located in Meadowvale, Mississauga. We provide students with a safe and inclusive learning environment which fosters excellence in education, character and leadership development while building a strong foundation of Islamic beliefs by inculcating the Sunnah of our Prophet (peace be upon him). We follow Ontario Curriculum for all core subjects, with an addition of Arabic, Islamic Studies, French, and Visual Arts taught by Ontario Certified Teachers (OCT) and Early Childhood Educators (ECE). We also offer various extracurricular activities for our students, which includes: Martial Arts Classes, Cooking and Baking Club, Speech and Drama Club, and Indoor Soccer. High expectations for academic achievement co-exist with Islamic integration and community service within a caring and supportive environment. At Suffah Academy, we believe each child is unique in personality and learning styles, which is encouraged and capitalized on by our well qualified staff.

Our program is firmly rooted in Islamic principles while incorporating an enhanced Ontario curriculum. This provides students with a solid foundation of the core beliefs, unparalleled character and exceptional academic ground. We strive to instill within our students respect, compassion and good citizenship.
