Separate ovens are used for cooking Halal pizzas. Halal ingredients are kept separate from non-Halal ingredients and Halal chicken is stored separately in our fridges. There is a physical barrier on the prep table where Halal products are prepared to ensure separation from non-Halal products. Dedicated knives, tongs and pizza screens are used for all Halal products and the final product (Halal pizza) is placed in a separate bag for delivery. All Panago Halal products have seals certified by Halal Advisory Group, Canada’s largest Halal certification agency.
