Founded in Montreal, Centrale Bergham® is a Canadian fast-casual chain with a diverse menu of speciality sandwiches and burgers. Our iconic flavours and unique blend of sauces provide visitors with endless combinations to satisfy even the biggest cravings.

Frustrated by the lack of variety of sandwiches being offered in the city, Bergham was developed. Our passion for sandwiches led us to develop a mouthwatering multicultural menu with a wide selection of marinated meats grilled to order served on warm French bread.
