- Achēv’s Newcomer Information Centre (NIC) is your first stop to help with your transition to new life in Canada. At each NIC location, the professional, friendly, multilingual and knowledgeable staff provide free one-on-one information and referral services.

- Free Commissioner of Oaths Services are available by appointment at all NIC locations to take affidavits, declarations, oaths, and attest/certify true copies of original documents.

- Each NIC location offers access to printed resources, telephone, computers, fax, printer, photocopier, scanners, and Internet. 

- NIC offers in-person and online information sessions and presentations on settlement and employment related topics. These informative sessions provide an opportunity to learn, share and discuss your career development and settlement progress in a group setting.
