Anam K Art Islamic Fine Arts

Anam Khan is a Toronto-based artist who specializes in Islamic Fine Arts. Her style of work is inspired by the beauty of Islamic architecture and the use of Arabic calligraphy, geometric, floral and arabesque patterns in the design of Mosques and tile revetments. Many of her pieces involve the use of various textures, glass and marble tiles with acrylic mediums to reflect the beauty of ceramic mosaic tiles found in the revetment works of the Muslim World. Anam has merged her love for painting and Islamic architecture together to create works of art inspired by the beautiful Islamic architecture from around the Muslim world.
