Afghan Culture Club at The University of the Fraser Valley

The Afghan Culture Club (ACC) strives to express the Afghan culture and history within the university and community by holding events and meetings for all the students. Our goal is to educate students and community members about the Afghan culture and work together with other C&A’s or students to eliminate the stigma again the Afghan culture. We will hold events and meeting that outline the afghan culture and educate the students. We are doing this to show students a different side of the culture with respect to the recent backlash on the culture and the people. This education will help the students with a clearer understanding and will also help more unity within the university.
