Consulate of Pakistan, Montreal

Sealed Tenders are invited from well-established/ registered/reputed insurance companies for the provision of comprehensive insurance for the building of the Consulate General of Pakistan, Montreal for a period of one year starting from 20th April 2022.

1. Tender Documents, describing terms & conditions and other details, can be obtained from this Consulate General.
2. The bid
   • (i) must be in English language,
   • (ii) must contain explanation of technical terms and should be perfectly legible leaving no doubt w.r.t the words, figures, and terms used in it,
   • (iii) price must be unconditional and all-inclusive,
   • (iv) must be signed and dated by the Tenderer,
   • and (v) must be valid for a minimum period of three months from the date of the opening of the bids as mentioned in para (4) below.
3. The Consulate General’s premises/building can be physically inspected/visited, if required, on any working day, with prior appointment, till the deadline for the submission of bids.
4. Interested bidders must submit their bids in sealed envelopes. which, alongwith other/supporting documents, should reach this Consulate General not later than 1500hrs on Monday, 21st March 2022.
5. The bids would be opened at the Consulate General at 1530hrs on Monday, 21st March 2022. In the case of a public holiday, the bids would be opened at the same time on the next working day. Interested bidders/their authorised representatives can be present, if they wish to, on the occasion of opening of bid.
6. This Invitation to Bid is in no way binding on the Consulate General. The Consulate General's contractual obligation commences only upon signing of the contract with the successful bidder. The Consulate General reserves the right to reject any/all of the bids/offers, by assigning reason, upto the point of signature of the Contract.
7. All steps/stages of this process including invitation/opening/evaluation of bids, signing/observance of the contract, etc. would be subject to the Government of Pakistan Public Procurement Rules 2004 as amended till date For details click here.
