On this day, and in remembrance of the victims—Azzedine Soufiane, Abdelkrim Hassane, Mamadou Tanou Barry, Ibrahima Barry, Khaled Belkacemi, and Aboubaker Thabti—we honour their lives and stand in solidarity with their families and the impacted Muslim community in Canada and around the world.

January 26, 2024 Justice For All Canada acknowledges the granting of binding provisional measures by the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in the case concerning South Africa’s application regarding violations of the Genocide Convention by Israel in the Gaza Strip.

January 12th, 2024 Justice For All Canada expresses deep concern about Canada's reluctance to support a landmark South Africa application which calls on the International Court of Justice (ICJ) to order Israel to suspend its brutal military campaign impacting millions of Palestinians.

Justice For All Canada commends South Africa for its courageous step in seeking justice at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) for Israel's unfolding genocidal actions in Gaza. This move aligns with state responsibilities under international law to defend human rights and prevent mass atrocities worldwide. It also sets critical legal precedence and an important example for Canada and other nations to take similar actions in holding the Israeli state accountable.

Toronto, December 11th, 2023 Canadian academic communities have united in condemning the relentless targeting of universities, their leadership and students in Gaza and across the Occupied Palestinian Territories (OPT) by Israeli armed forces.

Justice For All Canada extends our gratitude to Mayor Olivia Chow for her courageous stance in calling for a ceasefire in the ongoing crisis in Gaza.

Justice For All Canada, a nonprofit human rights advocacy organization, along with partnering human rights and civil society organizations, organized a press conference on Monday, October 30th at 11 a.m. EST at Parliament Hill to introduce a campaign focused on urging the Government of Canada to call for a ceasefire to prevent further loss of civilian life in Gaza, the Occupied West Bank, and Israel.
